Description:You will be the Strategic Sourcing Project Administrator for the Strategic Sourcing team. Our team is responsible for identifying and managing supplier data to support resiliency and broader strategic objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Strategic Sourcing Project Administrator you will be responsible for driving supplier discovery, onboarding, and data management to enable smarter sourcing decisions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Solicit and document supplier capabilities and information through research, trade shows, and briefings.
- Assist programs onboarding new suppliers to Exostar.
- Execute Proprietary Information Agreements.
- Gather and organize sourcing data to support programs on RFx.
- Identify and implement enhancements to team tools and reports.

Basic Qualifications:- Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Look Ups), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with ERP systems (S4 Hana).
- Knowledge of procurement and working directly with suppliers.
Desired Skills:- Previous experience in sourcing/supply chain for defense and aerospace procurement environment
- Ability to individually lead, development, and implement projects.
- Experience with Python, or any other coding language, for data analytics.
- Experience working with and managing large datasets.
- Experience with cross functional collaboration activities

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
