The F-35 Program Operations and Integration Team (POINT) Proposal Transformation Team modernizes the end‑to‑end proposal process for the F‑35 program. We drive transformational projects, maintain accurate proposal metrics, and collaborate across Aeronautics integration teams to embed best‑practice standards.
What You’ll Do
• Own the integrity, publication, and lifecycle of the Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite (APTS) data set for the F‑35 program.
• Plan, execute, and track cross‑functional initiatives that streamline proposal creation, review, and award phases.
• Deliver timely, actionable proposal metrics to Tier 1 & Tier 2 leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Champion the adoption of new tools, processes, and automation solutions across the proposal community.
• Partner with other Aeronautics integration teams to capture, document, and disseminate proposal best‑practice guidance.

Basic Qualifications:• Program/project management experience
• Hands‑on experience with the Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite (APTS).
• Familiarity with the F‑35 proposal process across all contract types (firm fixed price, cost plus, etc.).
• Experience juggling multiple high‑priority assignments with aggressive deadlines.
Desired Skills:• Proficiency in data analytics (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience building automation solutions (SharePoint, Power Automate, VBA, Python scripts).
• Knowledge of Lean‑Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to thrive in a demanding, dynamic, time‑sensitive environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
