Description:You will be the NKAD Project Planner for the Non-Kinetic Air Defense (NKAD) Program Management team. The NKAD team is part of the Advanced Programs team at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control and is responsible for the development, test, and fielding of new capabilities for multiple customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the NKAD Project Planner you will be responsible for aligning program management, integrated planning, finance, and technical leadership to maintain an effective monthly business rhythm.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as liaison among program management, planning, finance, and technical leadership.
- Organize and document monthly business rhythm action items.
- Enable clear communication and track action item closure.
- Prepare executive and external presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to drive efficient program execution.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors degree plus 1 year of related, exempt level experience
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to work with an executive team, collaborate effectively, and remain organized in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to enhance and expand skillsets to meet organization demands
• Experience managing financial data within a business environment.
Desired Skills:• Familiar with methods of capturing, tracking, and closing action items and demonstrated experience with driving them to closure.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently on routine tasks and as part of a collaborative team.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
