Provide contractual guidance to cross-functional partners to meet customer obligations, achieve company goals, and comply with company policies.

Professionally represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop and maintain business relationships.

Support the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development and negotiation of proposals, contractual agreements, and general contract administration.

Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure the contract is followed compliantly.

Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues as they arise.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Experience in contracts management or closely related fields such as (but not limited to) program management, business management, subcontracts or supply chain supporting USG Federal contracts

Active and transferrable DoD Secret clearance

Experience in contracts negotiations, execution and administration of various contracts aspects (including price, Statements of Work, terms, etc.), and agreements such as Proprietary Information Agreements

Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) requirements

Ability to adapt to changing business environments, while working tasks to completion and exercising good judgment with minimal supervision

Understanding of financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification

Experience with Intellectual Property, license agreements, or teaming agreements

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
