What you´ll do
- Support daily IT operations by assisting with request management using ITSM tools (e.g., CUP, ServiceNow), including tracking updates, maintaining accurate status records, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor shared mailboxes by sorting and categorizing incoming emails, prioritizing requests based on guidelines, and following up on pending actions as directed
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by helping identify workflow issues, documenting revised procedures, and ensuring process materials reflect current best practices
- Provide ad‑hoc support for governance and operational activities such as preparing basic reports or dashboards, assisting with special projects, and maintaining compliance and governance documentation
