In this role, you will be part of the New Region & Multi-cloud delivery TPM team within the Data Center Delivery organization and own the end-to-end execution of various data center infrastructure projects. Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to data center delivery will be crucial in maintaining project timelines. This is a high-impact role that will lead, drive, and ensure the successful delivery of critical global data center infrastructure builds. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across various stakeholders including design, engineering, operations, supply chain, and network delivery.
This role is remote but will require about 25% travel.
Internal Responsibilities
As a Technical Program Manager, you will:
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data center infrastructure projects concurrently.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
Project Management: Oversee all phases of build, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at reducing complexity and increasing speed of delivery for data center infrastructure projects.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience working in a cloud infrastructure environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent internal platforms)
10+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions architecture, or related leadership roles
Proven program delivery experience in cloud infrastructure, database modernization, or large-scale enterprise migration projects
Cross-geography experience, coordinating globally distributed teams and stakeholders
Technical credibility: familiarity with Oracle Exadata, OCI, Autonomous DB, AWS, or hybrid cloud is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, including delivering executive updates and leading workshops
