Overview
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is building Oracle Video @ Edge (OVE), a next-generation video delivery platform optimized for live and linear streaming. This role will lead the design and development of advertising infrastructure that integrates seamlessly with OVE’s advanced delivery architecture, enabling scalable monetization and high-quality playback experiences.

Design and build scalable advertising infrastructure for live and linear streaming
Develop server-side and client-side ad insertion capabilities
Integrate ad systems with playback, CDN, and delivery pipelines
Optimize ad delivery for low latency and high reliability
Collaborate cross-functionally with networking, playback, and product teams
Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in distributed systems or video streaming platforms
Proven experience with video advertising systems (SSAI, CSAI, ad tech ecosystems)
Strong programming skills in Java, Go, or C++
Deep understanding of networking protocols and real-time delivery systems
Experience building high-scale, low-latency systems
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
