Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is building the next generation of cloud infrastructure for enterprises around the world. Our systems support large-scale, mission-critical environments where reliability, security, automation, and operational excellence are essential.
Cloud Hardware Support (CHS) plays a critical role in growing OCI's data center capacity as well as maintaining the health and availability of OCI’s global data center fleet. As OCI continues to grow, CHS is investing in software platforms that simplify data center operations, improve technician productivity, automate operational workflows, and provide actionable insights into hardware support activity.
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Software Development to lead engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and operating software systems that support OCI data center hardware operations. This leader will own teams building scalable cloud services, workflow platforms, analytics capabilities, integrations, and user experiences that help data center teams execute work more efficiently and consistently.
As a Senior Manager of Software Development, you will lead an engineering team responsible for software that enables data center support operations at cloud scale. Your teams will build systems that unify task execution, workflow guidance, inventory and logistics integrations, operational analytics, automation, and collaboration across engineering and operations teams.
You will be accountable for the architecture, delivery, reliability, and operational excellence of software services used to support OCI data center environments. This role requires strong technical judgment, proven people leadership, and experience building production software systems that operate reliably in complex, distributed environments.
The ideal candidate has led teams building large-scale cloud services, internal platforms, workflow systems, analytics products, or operational tooling. You are comfortable driving strategy while staying close to execution, and you know how to build strong engineering teams that deliver high-quality software in partnership with product, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
