Overview
The Housekeeping Operations Manager will primarily support the housekeeping operations for Citizens Bank Park.
Compensation: $65,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage employees to ensure proper systems, policies and procedures are followed
- Supervise the housekeeping inventory system, including the proper distribution and control of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are enforced in the department
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors
- Conduct daily and weekly staff meetings with supervisors and general event staff
- Promote housekeeping quality initiatives by conducting inspections
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, timekeeping & procurement
- Identify operational improvement initiatives, including process optimization and energy efficiency strategies.
- Coordinate and provide services for event operations to ensure timely housekeeping support.
- Ensure compliance with ABM policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of custodial operations and related service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, reporting, and team leadership.
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
