What this job involves
As a Facility Ambassador at one of JLL's prominent clients, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring our client's workplace runs seamlessly every day. You'll blend hospitality excellence with operational expertise to create an environment where people thrive.
This role is on-site 5 days/week, downtown Toronto.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Client Experience First
- Serve as the go-to contact for employee inquiries, tickets, and workplace services
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs to ensure spaces are pristine, organized, and welcoming
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers
Operational Excellence
- Manage work orders through CMMS system—create, dispatch, track, and resolve
- Coordinate third-party vendors, validate invoices, and ensure timely completion
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-saving initiatives
Service Delivery
- Execute services according to SLAs and performance metrics
- Oversee facilities including janitorial, conference rooms, furnishings, and equipment
- Coordinate events, meetings, and guest services as needed
- Act as on-site POC for emergencies and after-hours situations
Safety & Compliance
- Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all local codes, regulations, and JLL standards
- Maintain required safety training and certifications
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 yearsin hospitality, facility management, or operations
- Exceptional customer service skillswith a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong multitaskerwho thrives in fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvyand adaptable to new systems and applications
- Outstanding communicationskills—written and verbal
- Collaborative mindsetwith proven ability to work independently
- Detail-orientedwith excellent organizational and time management abilities
Estimated compensation for this position:
55,000.00 – 57,000.00 CAD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
