What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
- Partner with sales and operations teams to support pricing strategies and customer insights
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts to drive business decisions
- Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy across sales operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on key initiatives and business priorities
What Are We Looking For
- Background in ready-mix or building materials strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms, or similar systems) to support decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office setting with frequent interaction across sales, operations, and leadership teams. Occasional travel may be required to support business needs and collaboration across locations.
