Position Details
Role: Residential Service Plumber
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Commission + Performance Bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, and piping systems
- Present options and solutions to homeowners with integrity
- Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
- Document jobs using ServiceTitan
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
What You Bring
- Active Texas Plumbing License
- Strong residential service experience
- Valid Texas driver’s license (clean record)
- Confidence presenting options to homeowners
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Driven to perform, grow, and earn
