Overview
The Lead Logistic Technician plays a critical role in supporting industrial logistics and material movement activities within a semiconductor construction environment. This position is responsible for coordinating daily workflows, directing Logistic Technicians, maintaining staging discipline, and ensuring safe and efficient material flow—both in general construction areas and cleanroom environments. The Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for logistics supervisors, ensuring safety, organization, and productivity while executing move‑in, material handling, and staging tasks.
Pay: $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Provide daily direction, task assignments, and workflow prioritization for Logistic Technicians.
- Coordinate material movement activities, including staging, laydown organization, and equipment transport.
- Ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and ABM work standards.
- Assist supervisors with planning, scheduling, and task delegation to support project milestones.
Logistics & Material Handling
- Maintain high organization of laydown/staging zones through labeling, grouping, inventory tracking, and clear access paths.
- Support bulk move‑in operations, including crane-assisted moves, rigging teams, and heavy equipment placement.
- Operate pallet jacks and other approved material-handling equipment safely and correctly.
- Serve as a primary safety spotter during lifts, moves, and any high‑risk logistics activities.
- Support cleanroom logistics, including gowning, material transfer protocols, and contamination control practices.
Equipment & Documentation
- Use scissor lifts as assigned (training provided) and ensure team compliance with lift safety rules.
- Verify that daily logs, movement sheets, staging documentation, and hazard reports are completed correctly and on time.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to supervisors regarding training needs or workflow improvements.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate professionally in English with supervisors, technicians, and other trades to align on priorities.
- Serve as a liaison between project supervisors and logistics staff, helping resolve conflicts and ensuring clear direction.
- Report hazards, damaged materials, delays, or near‑misses promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.
General Duties
- Ensure punctuality, consistent attendance, and strong representation of ABM safety culture.
- Perform logistics and general labor duties as needed to support the team.
Assist with training new Logistic Technicians and onboarding team members into site procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and coordinate workflow in fast‑paced industrial environments.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and disciplined in maintaining clean and efficient staging zones.
- Strong communication skills; must speak English for safety and coordination.
- Ability to take direction, provide direction, and follow established procedures consistently.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable performing physical labor, standing for extended periods, and working in PPE/cleanroom suits.
