What You Will Do
-
The scope of work entails being a thought leader in effective communication and engagement methods and techniques.

Primary responsibilities include development of a communications plan, development and getting within Property Management. Will work with Raytheon
-
Communications group in development and publishing of Property Management communications directed to other Raytheon functional/business unit organizations.
-
Assist Training and Command Media team to ensure training, standard work, and command media documents convey the proper message, tone and illustrations.
-
Will develop and maintain a Property Management communications repository.
-
Assist on audit communications, tracking audits, audit documents collection and repository.
-
The role directly supports the Property Management Compliance team.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years' experience

Experience with Communications, Technical Writing, and/or Marketing.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Strong project management skills to ensure completion and implementation of projects and initiatives on time and with leadership sponsorship and awareness.

Ability to solve problems and creatively use collaboration tools and technology.

Strategic thinking to connect communications plans to larger enterprise priorities and professional communications skills with the ability to create visually engaging presentations and content that align with Property Management objectives and messaging.

Ability to adopt Raytheon best practices for effective communications and change management.

Strong capability to synthesize complex content into easily digestible and engaging articles and presentations.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
