What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver technical support to customers and internal teams on cement products, applications, and performance optimization
- Partner with commercial, operations, and quality teams to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze technical data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and enhance product quality and consistency
- Represent the company in customer meetings, industry forums, and technical presentations to strengthen relationships and credibility
- Support new product development and implementation by providing subject matter expertise and field insights
What Are We Looking For
- Strong technical knowledge of cement manufacturing, materials science, or construction applications, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving capability and a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional customer service
Work Environment
This role operates in a combination of office, plant, and field environments, with regular travel to customer sites and Heidelberg Materials locations. Exposure to industrial settings and varying weather conditions should be expected.
