Cat Technology is looking for a Communications Specialist to support their respective division channels.
Technology is an accelerator for our customers, helping them solve their toughest challenges. In this role, you’ll be accountable for managing Cat Technology’s division channels to support consistent messaging and alignment across division teams and Digital, Technology & Distribution. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to elevate strategic communications to further the organization's business objectives.

Planning and Organizing: Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple projects independently and with urgency; skilled at simplifying complex ideas, anticipating stakeholder needs and adjusting messaging to drive clarity and alignment
Communicating for Impact: Knowledge of concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit and accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others in various situations

Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
