Shift: Monday-Friday
Term: 2 Month Contract- July and August
Safety Sensitive: No- RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required

What You Will Do
- Collect and organize information from shop paperwork, reports, and spreadsheets
- Enter and update data in Excel, databases, and internal tracking tools
- Help maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
- Support the team with basic admin tasks like filing, scanning, and preparing documents
- Work with supervisors and team members to confirm data accuracy
- Spot and flag missing information or inconsistencies
- Keep digital and physical files tidy and easy to find

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Able to stay focused and consistent with repetitive tasks
