Description:You will be the GOCO Contracts Management, Sr Staff for the GOCO Contracts team which is responsible for managing the AFP‑4 Government‑Owned‑Contractor‑Operated (GOCO) program and ensuring lease‑obligation compliance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the GOCO Contracts Management, Sr Staff you will be responsible for leading the GOCO team, coordinating with Air Force and internal partners, and delivering cost‑controlled contract outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the AFP‑4 GOCO team to execute the rent‑credit program, reducing site‑infrastructure risk and meeting rent‑liability commitments.
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, contracts, security, procurement, legal, protocol, and facilities groups.
- Review project proposals, purchase requests, and change orders to ensure they meet cost, scope, and schedule requirements.
- Prepare monthly funding and rent‑credit cost reports, and manage program expenditure forecasts and financial plans.
- Coordinate quarterly project schedules, host customer site visits, and provide regular updates to the Air Force team.

Contract life cycle experience including preparing and submitting proposals, contract administration, and closeout.
Experience preparing financial spreadsheets and analyzing financial data.
Desired Skills:Strong organizational skills with great attention to details.
Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain strong networks and long standing relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with GOCO contracts
Experience working with SAP
Experience working with Maximo.
Experience working with LM Buildings.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with functional departments including program, legal, and procurement.
Experience planning and hosting customer site visits with knowledge of proper protocol requirements.
Experience with Air Force forms 813s, 1354s, and 139s.
Excellent customer service skills demonstrated by trusting long established relationships.
Experience participating within a communications council or communications team

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
