Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Independently evaluate patients preoperatively to determine appropriate anesthesia plans.

Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care across multiple specialties.
- Place and manage regional anesthesia blocks.

Manage intraoperative anesthetic care, continuously adjusting for patient needs.

Provide post-anesthesia recovery evaluation and management.

Partner with surgical teams, nursing staff, and specialty providers to coordinate care.

Participate in patient safety initiatives, case reviews, and quality improvement efforts.

Educate patients and families regarding anesthesia plans, risks, and postoperative expectations.
Qualifications

Current CRNA certification
-
Active Kansas license (or ability to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program

Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Strong communication and collaboration skills
