Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Porter to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces
- Assist with moving, lifting, and transporting furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting issues
- Remove trash, recyclables, and debris from designated areas
- Support staff and visitors by providing directions, carrying items, or assisting with deliveries
- Ensure walkways and entrances are clean, safe, and accessible
- Monitor facility conditions and report hazards or maintenance needs promptly
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
- Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies
- Assist with event setup and breakdown when required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and maintenance tasks
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
