Job Summary
This is a fully
remote position where your workday will begin at 9 am ET. In this role, you will lead Salesforce implementation projects while seamlessly bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving initiatives from conception through successful delivery. You will serve as the central point of coordination for all Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans and timelines and ensure project milestones are met
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure project success
- Create and groom user stories for development teams
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Perform Sprint product demos to showcase progress and gather feedback
- Build testing scripts for internal users and business stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within scope and budget
- Manage and track project resources, including timeline and product teams
Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
- Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud knowledge
- Proficiency with Agile methodology or similar frameworks
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint or similar collaboration software
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience
- Experience managing Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish
- Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud knowledge preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

45 - 58 USD hourly
