- Starting wage is $20.05/hour
- Annual performance review with potential pay increase

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing material handling equipment, primarily push carts
- Perform material handling and warehousing functions
- Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies
- Ability to work with a strong safety-minded culture, in a temperature controlled environment
- Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving
All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar:
- Background Screening
- Drug Screening
- Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical
Basic Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
- Walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand for 8 consecutive hours
- Ability to work overtime, often on short notice
Top Candidates Will Also Have
- Experience with operation of materials handling equipment - or willingness to be trained
- Previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience

Summary Pay Range:
$20.05 - $25.55
