SMC Concrete and Construction is looking for hardworking individuals to join our growing construction team.
We specialize in agricultural, commercial, and industrial construction projects including:
- Grain bins and material handling systems
- Concrete foundations and flatwork
- Steel and post-frame buildings
- Ag infrastructure and support systems

Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete, steel, post-frame, and grain system construction projects
- Perform site preparation, material handling, equipment setup, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Work alongside crew leaders and experienced tradesmen to complete projects efficiently
- Follow project plans, safety procedures, and job site instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Travel to job sites as needed
Qualifications
- Construction or general labor experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and performing manual labor daily
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Experience in concrete, steel erection, ag construction, welding, or equipment operation is a plus
