Marketing Coordinator
Social Media & Asset Management | Part-Time, In-Studio
Claire Crowe Collection · Dallas, Texas
About the Role
Claire Crowe Collection is a four-person metalwork studio in Dallas. We design and hand-forge fire screens, lighting, mirrors, and sculptural pieces for residential and commercial interior design trades. Business is growing, and we need help telling the studio's story to designers in a way that matches the work.
The Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of two priorities. The first is organizing our existing marketing asset library so the whole team can find what we need quickly. The second is bringing our social media and email campaigns to life with consistency and care across every channel.
This is an entry-level, part-time, in-studio role. You'll work closely with the full studio team, including the founder. You'll spend real time with the pieces, learn the vocabulary of metalsmithing and trade design, and help us reach the audience that matters most, the interior designers specifying our work for their clients. If you love social media and care about how things are organized, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset library organization. Audit our marketing assets (product photography, lifestyle shots, project images, video, captions, press materials) and build a searchable, well-structured system the whole team can use across Dropbox and Google Drive. Establish naming conventions, folder hierarchy, and a process for keeping new assets organized as they come in.
- Social media execution. Build the assets and bring our campaigns to life across Instagram and Pinterest. The team will set strategy and direction; you'll hold visual and tonal consistency across every post.
- Content capture. Shoot iPhone content for Stories and Reels in the studio. Assist on-set during professional product shoots. File, tag, and organize the resulting images and video so the team can pull what we need later.
- Content scheduling and publishing. Use scheduling tools to keep posts moving on a deliberate cadence. Coordinate caption and visual review with the studio before anything goes live.
- Email marketing support. Help prepare and schedule eblasts to the trade and retail lists, including image selection, asset prep, and proofreading.
- Performance monitoring. Track engagement, saves, follower growth, and post-level performance across platforms. Bring back what you're seeing each week and adjust the approach where it makes sense.
- General marketing support. Pitch in on designer outreach lists, project documentation, trade show prep, and other tasks the team needs as we grow.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Recent graduate or comparable experience in marketing, communications, design, art history, or a related field
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; you take real pleasure in clean systems
- A visual eye and feel for brand consistency
- Genuine interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Comfort with Instagram and Pinterest; familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Sprout, Buffer, or similar) is a plus
- Comfort capturing casual content on an iPhone, with an eye for natural lighting and framing
- Basic understanding of digital asset management; experience with Dropbox, Google Drive, or a DAM platform helps
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable design tools, or a willingness to learn quickly
- Clear writing, and a willingness to learn our voice rather than impose a generic one
- An understanding of the difference between speaking to a trade audience and a retail audience, or a willingness to learn it quickly
- Self-starter instincts; you'll be given ownership early and supported as you grow into it
- Curiosity about craft, materials, and the interior design trade
- Bonus: meaningful Pinterest experience, the search-driven, keyword-led kind, not just repinning
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $22 to $26 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Hours: Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, in-studio. Flexible on which days, except Thursdays
- Trial period: The first two weeks will be a paid trial to make sure the fit works on both sides
- Direct exposure to a working metalwork studio and the residential design trade
- Close mentorship from a tight four-person team that includes the founder
- A small, focused environment where the work you do shows up immediately
Physical Requirements
This role is based in our Dallas studio. The work involves occasional light lifting and styling of marketing materials, and time on your feet during photo shoots and studio sessions.
