Pratt and Whitney has an opportunity for an Associate Director, Supply Chain Materials Manager. You will report into the executive Director, Supply Chain, Cold Section Module Center (CSMC).
*What *you will do:

Manage the Product Center’s SIOP demand evaluation and response. Lead integration meetings to resolve demand/supply gaps as needed

Partner with Command Center, other Global Supply Chain Material Managers, and DT to advance performance tools such as commit compliance and commit integrity

Prepare daily executive escalation material summary and present to engine center leadership

Conduct weekly meetings with purchasing value streams encompassing commit compliance and integrity, spares performance, enhanced DPAS & POP awareness and tracking, work stops, and critical part LOB’s.

Produce monthly CSMC Purchasing Executive Operations Leadership Team and Product Center review slide decks

Partner with CSMC’s 5 Value Streams to identify and mitigate delivery risks. Organize meetings across disciplines to align recovery actions and report out to senior leadership

Coordinate and generate Spares delivery Plans and MML’s for all CSMC supply chain parts. Work with value stream teams to generate overdue recovery actions.
Qualifications you must have:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.

Strong data skills – both in mining, analyzing, and presenting. This candidate knows how to distill large amounts of data and present summaries & recommendations

General procurement knowledge. Understanding the nuances of order placement / receips along with demand management is integral for being a part of the team

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
