Work with program managers and cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and internal control activities

Support Earned Value Management (EVM), FP&A activities, proposal support, and ad hoc financial analysis
-
Prepare earned value reporting, including cost, schedule, and financial analysis using standard company tools and processes
-
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis
-
Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership
-
Develop and support quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs)
-
Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and ensure updates are incorporated into control systems
-
Support FP&A monthly reporting activities
-
Support tool implementation and process improvement activities
-
Support contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance
-
Prepare EVMS Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), including IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, and CSDR reporting

Perform data analysis and variance reporting activities
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field and a minimum of 8 years of related work experience; or an Advanced degree and 5 years of related work experience

Experience with data analysis, reporting, and/or process improvement activities, including Program Controls
-
Experience with finance tools related to program costs, scheduling, tracking, and/or forecasting
-
Experience using Raytheon financial tools and systems including Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite, or similar systems
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables and formulas

Experience organizing and analyzing large data sets for reporting purposes

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
