What You'll Be Doing
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators safely and efficiently while completing daily production tasks
- Inspect, maintain, and report on equipment condition before and after use to ensure proper operation
- Move, load, and stockpile materials to support site operations and production needs
- Perform general manual labour duties including shoveling, lifting, cleaning, and site housekeeping as required
- Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial or construction setting
- Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to safe work habits
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
