What you´ll do
- Must follow good laboratory practices, good manufacturing practices, site manufacturing requirements and site safety and hygiene policies.
- Perform microbiological testing and monitoring of raw materials, finished products and environmental sites.
- Review and evaluate microbiological test results and communicate findings and trends clearly and in a timely manner including routine daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Accurately document and record microbiological data into SAP or approved tracking systems.
- Execute analytical testing when deemed necessary for business need.
- Maintain laboratory operations by keeping work areas clean and organized, managing lab supplies and inventory, and assisting with microbiology equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Support plant hygiene activities as needed, including assisting with hygiene audits, meetings, training activities, and other assigned duties.
