What you´ll do
- Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
- Steers and executes local marketing mix and communication campaigns as well as product management including NPI, pricing, brand etc.
- Oversees implementation of channel strategy
- Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP)
- Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives
- Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
- Aligns, adapts and implements initiatives
- Contributes to global or regional innovation, category and branding activities
- Provides marketing inputs for relevant marketing master plan
- Coordinates with external agencies on concept, strategies and costs
- Analyses competitor's scenario and draws sound conclusions given lack of market data Steer portfolio changes from sourcing to local adaptation of artworks and packaging
