Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and take ownership of the strategy and delivery of features within PEP, Hilton's Property Management System. Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for assigned PEP capabilities, ensuring alignment with the broader platform roadmap
- Own the full product lifecycle from intake through delivery and continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution against business and platform goals
- Translate business needs into well-defined, high-quality product requirements in close collaboration with Product Owners and engineering teams
- Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end user experience, incorporating customer feedback, research, and operational insights into product decisions
- Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders by communicating trade-offs, risks, and progress in a structured and transparent way
Skills
- Proven experience operating in a complex, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong experience working in Agile environments, including writing user stories and managing backlogs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on outcomes and priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, Customer Experience, or a related field
- 3+ years of hospitality experience, either on-property or in a corporate role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
- Agile or Scrum certification is a plus
