About the Role:
The Fleet Maintenance Planner provides direct operational support and scheduling for asset planned maintenance, overhauls and equipment swaps.
Additional Information:
- Preferred location: Houston, Texas
- Travel: Up to 20%
- This position requires 5 days onsite
What You Will Do:
- Manage assets in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Supporting fleet manager operations and customer requests
- Coordinating asset planned maintenance, overhauls and equipment swaps
- Measure asset uptime and health, identifying key areas of efficiency improvement
- Create and deploy Power BI dashboards for tracking and operational readiness
What Will You Have:

- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
