Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Demand Planning Director to lead platform planning across Compute, Storage, and Networking rack infrastructure supporting Oracle’s rapidly expanding global cloud footprint. This role is responsible for driving platform level rack plans to our suppliers that align with OCI business growth, data center expansion, and supply chain execution.
The Demand Planning Director will serve as a key leader bridging business demand, engineering, the material and execution, and data center capacity planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in consensus planning, and product lifecycle management with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, finance, sales, and manufacturing.
This role will play a critical part in scaling OCI’s next-generation infrastructure, including CPU, AI/GPU platforms, networking systems, and large-scale cloud deployments.
Internal Responsibilities
Lead demand planning discussions across capacity and finance teams as well as supply base. Develop scalable planning models for compute, GPU, networking, and storage platforms.
Coordinate cross-functional activities between Product Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Data Center Delivery teams.
Partner with Capacity Planning, Sales, Data Center teams, and Finance to align on long-range infrastructure planning for OCI hardware across all OCI business units.
