Description:You will be the Systems Engineering (Exportability) for the Export Control Center (ECC).
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineering Exportability (Level 2), you will be responsible for collaborating with the ECC Technical Team Lead, ECC Lead Architect, and Export Architects to generate decision‑support analyses for leadership, recommending viable courses of action, and driving continuous improvement of export‑control processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the ECC Technical Team Lead, ECC Lead Architect, and Export Architects to generate decision‑support analyses for leadership.
- Recommend, document, and drive implementation of viable courses of action, coordinating execution across the ECC team.
- Capture insights, issues, and lessons learned; define and execute a continuous‑improvement plan for templates, training, and tools.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies to enhance export‑control processes.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
