• Drafting, reviewing, and executing Systems level software test plans and procedures
• Review Software features and capabilities and top create end to end integrated solutions
• Collaborate with Software Engineers on feature design and implementation

As a Systems Engineer on an Agile Scrum Team, you will have the opportunity to rapidly develop and deploy Integration and Test solutions for a complex space system following core engineering principles, ultimately enabling the delivery of fully functioning mission capability to end users securely and continuously.
Basic Qualifications:• Recent on-program Systems Engineering experience (e.g., requirements development, systems test planning/execution, requirements analysis and verification, integration, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with applying systems engineering principles, concepts, and methods
• Demonstrated experience with system integration, verification, and validation
• Experience working on large-scale, agile software projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Must have a Top Secret clearance to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a SCI security clearance (US Citizenship required).
Desired Skills:• Experience in MBSE principles, concepts, and tools such as Cameo
• Develop and implement system test plans, procedures, and protocols
• Support the integration, verification, and validation of systems and subsystems
• Develop and maintain system architecture, design, and performance requirements in an Agile environment
• Perform system analysis, modeling, simulation, and trade studies
• Experience developing and maintaining automated system tests
• Experience with Agile tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Openstack, GCP, etc.) or traditional IT systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Familiarity with the Space Domain
• Experience in leading teams in applying Systems Engineering processes though the lifecycle of Software products
• Experience with defensive cyber (e.g., penetration testing)
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
