Description:What You Will Be Doing Lockheed Martin is hiring a Financial Management Staff to support M270 Launcher Program in Grand Prairie, TX. This highly visible position requires significant interaction with Program, cross functional teams, as well as finance leadership. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program success.
As a Financial Management Staff, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines throughout the project lifecycle.
-Perform earned value management and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
-Prepare and present financial reports, including contract status and long range plan updates to senior leadership.
-Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior analysts and other finance staff.
-Consolidate data from multiple financial systems to deliver actionable business solution recommendations to leadership.
-Business case analysis evaluating potential opportunities.
-Support proposal capture opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:-Experience/Knowledge with Earned Value Management
-Experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash and CSR/LRP process
-Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
-Demonstrate strong financial/analytical skills
-Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Related Bachelor's Degree with professional experience and/or related Master's Degree
Desired Skills:- High Business Acumen
- Defense Experience
- LMMFC Business Systems Experience (Oracle, SAP S4, Cobra)
- Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments
- Working knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis; LRP, CSR, Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC))
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills;
- Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A; EVMS Management & Reporting
- Experience and ability to interface with senior management
-Proposal capture experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a four day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
