How you will contribute to the mission:
- Build and grow a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities through proven lead generation strategies.
- Initiate discovery calls with potential and existing customers to ensure business alignment with TMC service solutions.
- Establish long-term partnerships built on integrity, competence and capability.
- Communicate with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services.
- Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate pricing solutions that meet customer needs which align with company profitability objectives.
- Execute business opportunities, promptly address customer concerns, and ensure timely and accurate resolutions which cultivate positive customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends, industry disruptors, and regulatory changes to provide informed, educated customer solutions.
