As an Asset Manager you will support procurement, management, and installation of software or technology-related hardware assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to internal or external inquiries and service requests as well as receive and process purchased or returned equipment or assets. You will track equipment inventory and deployed assets, execute processes for disposal of assets, and manage warranty and repair-related tasks. As a member of this team you will perform data entry in software systems or tools and audit work to ensure accuracy and completeness while managing asset store, inventory and end to end product life cycle.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
- At least 1 year of Supply chain, procurement, supplier management and/or asset management work experience
- At least 3 years of Additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years in procurement of software or technology-related hardware work experience

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
