Set the strategy, vision and tactical direction for LTAMDS radar delivery programs execution

Responsible for radar delivery programs Profit & Loss (P&L). Includes achieving program financial metrics by setting and meeting business execution targets in support of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP)

Develop and maintain positive and influential relationships with their customer counterparts, within the U.S. Government Project Office

Provide program leadership through low-rate initial production and full-rate production transitions
-
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mission assurance, and customer satisfaction

Communicate program status, challenges, and decisions to executive leadership and key stakeholders
-
Manage program budgets, forecasts, earned value metrics, EACs, and financial performance
-
Establish and maintain key program metrics, define program milestones/critical path/tactical direction and performance to program budgets and schedules
-
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, develop controls and reports that accurately measure progress, identify potential problems in time for corrective action to be taken, and ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments

Oversee cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, quality, etc.) to ensure alignment and performance in accordance with program objectives

Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience

Program leadership, or similar operations leadership experience, managing technical, cost, schedule, and requirements
-
Experience with production programs
-
Program capture and proposal experience
Qualifications We Prefer

Program Management Level 2 Certification (or equivalent), or ability to obtain within 90 days

Strong proficiency in developing and presenting Strategic Plans, AOP, Technology Roadmaps, and planning to senior management, and responsibility for executing approved plans

Low-rate initial production and full-rate production transition experience

Proven track record of customer relationship building and partnership.

Ability to manage, track and report metrics and progress through EAC reviews and management reviews with internal and customer leadership

This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
