CAD/CAFM Senior Analyst – JLL
What this job involves:
The CAD/CAFM Senior Analyst is a skilled technical professional who independently delivers high-quality CAD and computer-aided facilities management services across diverse client projects. In this role, you'll execute standardized and moderately complex assignments with precision and efficiency, ensuring all work meets JLL's operational standards and client-specific requirements. You'll apply your expertise in AutoCAD, space measurement standards, and CAFM systems to produce accurate floor plans, resolve technical issues, and support project delivery timelines. This position offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills, contribute to process improvements, and provide guidance to junior team members while building strong relationships across the business. What your day-to-day will look like:
Execute CAD and CAFM production tasks independently, delivering 20,000–40,000 square feet of client drawings per day by updating and formatting floor plans to reflect as-built conditions, restacks, and construction changes while adhering to JLL and client-specific standards
Apply space measurement standardsincluding BOMA, FICM, or other defined standards when instructed, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables
Perform comprehensive QA/QC checkson drawings, polylines, and attached data prior to submission, reviewing all outputs to identify and correct missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information in accordance with established procedures
Manage CAD/CAFM support ticketsby triaging and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 issues, troubleshooting technical problems within defined authority levels, and escalating complex issues appropriately while maintaining strong knowledge of account-specific processes
Monitor and contribute to project delivery, supporting operational outputs across a variable range of small to moderate-scale client accounts while maintaining accountability for assigned tasks and communicating progress, risks, and issues regularly to leads or managers
Support continuous improvement and team developmentby contributing to the enhancement of team processes, documentation, and standards while providing peer support through knowledge sharing and assisting with onboarding and training of junior team members
Required Qualifications:
Relevant experience in CAD/CAFM, workplace data management, or facilities-related operations with demonstrated ability to execute standardized assignments independently
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, CAD, Facilities Management, or related field, OR 3+ years of experience in a related technical field
Advanced English communication skillswith ability to build effective working relationships, communicate work progress clearly, and respond to team and business needs with a proactive approach
Strong working knowledge of AutoCADand CAD/CAFM systems within a Corporate Real Estate environment, including floor plan production, data management, and quality control processes
Proven ability to identify and resolve problemsindependently within standard operating policies and procedures, with judgment to seek assistance for advanced or non-routine issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with space measurement standardssuch as BOMA, FICM, or other industry practices with ability to apply standards accurately across client deliverables
Experience with QA/QC processesincluding systematic review of drawings, data validation, and adherence to documentation requirements and established standards
Technical troubleshooting capabilitieswith experience managing support tickets, resolving CAD/CAFM-related issues, and demonstrating strong knowledge of account-specific processes and procedures
Ability to deliver high-volume productionconsistently meeting daily output targets (20,000–40,000 SQFT) under standard project conditions while maintaining quality and accuracy
Team collaboration and peer support experienceincluding knowledge sharing, providing task-level direction to colleagues, and contributing to team objectives and operational outcomes
Flexibility to accommodate meeting schedulesacross multiple time zones to support global team collaboration and client requirements
