Our luxury hotel offers an unparalleled combination of Southern hospitality, world-class service and historic surroundings. As the centerpiece of the city, the hotel is located near the French Quarter and within walking distance to the city's most vibrant attractions and entertainment, including Jackson Square, Bourbon Street and the Arts & Warehouse District.
Embodying the rich heritage of Southern hospitality, the historic hotel features 504 rooms, over 60,000 square feet of meeting space, and five (5) food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a café, seasonal rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Support seamless arrivals and departures: Greet arriving and departing guests, manage traffic flow at the lobby entrance, and assist with luggage
Tag and track guest belongings: Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items
Handle guest items with care: Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles and luggage storage areas
Coordinate transportation needs: Arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request
Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
