Purpose and Impact:
This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a Mid-Level SIGINT Analyst to provide cryptologic and multi-INT analytic support to the 480 ISRW’s Distributed Ground System (DGS) enterprise. The 480 ISRW delivers global ISR operations, enabling real-time intelligence support to Combatant Commands through distributed processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED).
The selected candidate will support SIGINT-driven intelligence production, Electronic Warfare analysis, and mission planning, leveraging DCGS architecture, NSA integration, and MAJCOM ISR capabilities. This role requires the ability to operate in a high-tempo, distributed, and multi-domain ISR environment while producing actionable intelligence that drives operational decisions.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide SIGINT and cryptologic support to global ISR operations conducted by the 480 ISRW.
- Support long-term and strategic planning of cryptologic tasks aligned with Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) operations.
- Analyze ISR data and produce integrated intelligence assessments supporting combat operations and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with internal DGS elements and NSA/IC partners to refine collection requirements and mission priorities.
- Produce timely, actionable intelligence products supporting ISR operations and target development.
- Disseminate intelligence products across multi-domain classified networks utilizing national and theater-level databases and tools.
- Participate in team-based analytic efforts, including research of complex or multi-faceted intelligence problems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable DoD, IC, and program-specific policies
- Safeguard classified information and adhere to strict security and handling requirements

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) code 111 (cyberspace workforce) advanced-level qualification
- Demonstrated understanding of SIGINT principles, processes, and analytic tradecraft
- Previous experience supporting the 480 ISRW, DCGS enterprise or distributed PED operations.
- Familiarity with NSA cryptologic systems and processes
- Ability to analyze complex, incomplete, or ambiguous intelligence information and structure analysis using trends, patterns, and multiple analytic perspectives
- Proficiency in ISR PED processes and intelligence databases
- Knowledge of IC reporting standards and dissemination tools
- Ability to produce concise, insightful, and well-structured intelligence products.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal communication skills for briefings and collaborative discussions
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards
- Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance
- Availability to support CONUS and OCONUS missions as required
- Responsible for maintaining qualifications and training unless Government-directed
Security Clearance Required:
- TS/SCI eligibility with a favorable Tier 5 (T5) investigation and successful completion of a CI-scope polygraph examination.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree plus 4 additional years of relevant experience (10 years total in lieu of Bachelor’s)
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 6 years of experience supporting ISR operations, DCGS, or distributed PED environments, with relevant experience within the last 2 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within or supporting AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AETs)
- Background in non-kinetic targeting, cyber intelligence, or electromagnetic spectrum operations
- Experience integrating SIGINT with other intelligence disciplines
- Experience briefing Air Force senior leaders or operational staff
