Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled
Handyperson to perform general maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of building and facility needs efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, basic HVAC)
- Inspect facilities and identify repair needs
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, furniture, and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a handyperson, maintenance technician, or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual tasks
- Valid driver’s license (if required)
