The LinkedIn Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) team is seeking a Manager, Program Activation to lead a global team responsible for delivering high-quality enablement experiences across our Global Business Organization (GBO).
This team serves as the activation engine for GTME, ensuring that evergreen programs and Tier 1 priorities are effectively delivered, adopted, and embedded into seller and manager workflows. This role owns delivery excellence at scale—setting the bar for facilitation craft, ensuring readiness before launch, and driving consistent, high-impact experiences across regions and lines of business.
As a global people leader, you will oversee a distributed team of facilitators and own capacity planning, prioritization, and delivery strategy across competing program demands. You will partner closely with LOB and program teams, acting as a field-informed thought partner and quality gate, ensuring programs are designed and deployed for real-world effectiveness—while maintaining clear ownership boundaries across content, delivery, and systems.
This role will play a key part in evolving how enablement is delivered—leveraging AI and modern learning approaches to increase scale, personalization, and impact.
Responsibilities:
Program Activation & Delivery Excellence
- Own end-to-end activation of evergreen and Tier 1 enablement programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across GBO
- Serve as a quality gate for delivery readiness, ensuring clarity of objectives, audience fit, and facilitation strategy before launch
- Translate program strategy into scalable activation plans (facilitation, reinforcement, field adoption)
Global Delivery Management & Operations
- Own delivery operations including scheduling, staffing, capacity planning, and vendor management
- Drive prioritization across evergreen and Tier 1 programs, ensuring resource alignment to highest-impact work
- Build operational rigor and repeatable systems to enable efficient, scalable delivery
Facilitation Craft & Experience Design
- Define and uphold a high bar for facilitation excellence (engagement, credibility, adaptability, business relevance)
- Coach and develop a team of generalist facilitators to deliver across diverse programs and audiences
- Establish best practices across virtual, in-person, hybrid and at scale delivery, evolving toward modern, AI-enabled learning experiences
Cross-Functional Partnership & Field Voice
- Partner with LOB and program teams on activation strategy and delivery readiness
- Serve as a field voice with influence, providing insights on engagement, adoption, and impact
- Maintain clear ownership boundaries across delivery, content, and systems
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track success metrics across delivery (adoption, engagement, impact, facilitator quality)
- Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Evolve toward business and behavior change outcomes
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a globally distributed facilitation team
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning
- Develop talent across facilitation, operations, and stakeholder management
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years in enablement, facilitation, learning delivery, or program management
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience delivering global or multi-regional programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to operationalize and prioritize ongoing requirements
- Exposure to and comfort with AI-enabled learning approaches
- Exceptional facilitation and audience engagement skills
- Experience scaling delivery or enablement functions
- Strong operational rigor and capacity planning experience

- Strong stakeholder management skills

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $115,000 - $186,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
