Job Description
This role will be based in New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Chicago, IL or remotely.

We’re looking for a senior, strategic people leader to join LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) as Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Enablement for our Commercial Readiness team.
This leader will oversee a team of Enablement Leads responsible for designing and scaling global, product- and service-focused enablement programs that empower our customer-facing teams with the mindset, skillset, and toolset needed to deliver exceptional value to advertisers.
This role is responsible for defining and scaling a comprehensive enablement strategy that drives measurable business impact—accelerating product adoption, improving seller effectiveness, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across segments and regions.
You will operate as a key cross-functional partner, working closely with Sales Performance Consultant (SPC) leaders to ensure global programs are effectively translated into field execution. You will also partner with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and the broader GTM Enablement ecosystem to align program strategy with business priorities.
You will own a portfolio of global enablement initiatives, establishing a unified strategy, operating rhythm, and governance model that ensures consistency, quality, and scalability across LMS.
The Commercial Readiness Team (your team)
Your team of Enablement Leads is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and scaling of global enablement programs aligned to LMS product, solution, and service priorities.
These programs are designed to drive sustained behavior change by equipping sellers with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to succeed in evolving go-to-market motions.
This team is responsible for:
- Defining global enablement strategies aligned to product priorities and business goals
- Building scalable, multi-horizon enablement programs that drive long-term behavior change
- Translating complex business problems into strategic enablement plans
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Learning Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs
- Leveraging data and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and drive measurable outcomes
This team ensures global programs are built for scale, consistency, and impact—and are adaptable to the needs of regions, segments, and field teams.
Responsibilities:
Enablement Strategy & Execution
- Lead a team of Enablement Leads responsible for end-to-end strategy, execution, and impact of large-scale enablement programs
- Define and execute a clear Commercial Readiness vision aligned to LMS priorities (e.g., product adoption, revenue growth, customer value)
- Translate business needs into strategic enablement plans, ensuring programs address the most critical performance gaps
- Ensure programs are designed for scale while allowing flexibility for regional and segment adaptation
- Establish and communicate success metrics, tying learning outcomes to business performance
Cross-Functional Partnership & Field Alignment
- Partner closely with SPC leaders to ensure alignment between global program strategy and field execution
- Establish strong collaboration models between Enablement Leads and SPCs to translate programs into field-ready, segment-specific experiences
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Learning Design, Program Operations) to align priorities and deliver integrated enablement solutions
- Act as a key liaison between global program teams and the field, ensuring continuous feedback loops and alignment
Program & Portfolio Management
- Own a portfolio of global enablement programs, ensuring prioritization aligns to highest-impact business objectives
- Establish governance, operating rhythms, and execution frameworks across programs
- Ensure programs are delivered with clarity, consistency, and measurable outcomes across regions and segments
- Oversee budget, vendor resources, and program investments to maximize impact at scale
Change Management & Communication
- Drive behavior change through well-structured enablement and change management strategies
- Leverage data and insights to create compelling narratives and recommendations for stakeholders
- Ensure strong communication strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and sustained engagement
- Experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., AI-enabled learning and sales tools) to enhance program impact
Team Leadership
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Enablement Leads
- Coach team members on program strategy, stakeholder management, and execution excellence
- Build a strong, inclusive team culture aligned to LinkedIn’s values
- Develop future-ready talent and capabilities within the enablement organization
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales leadership
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing and scaling global enablement programs or product-focused training initiatives
- Proven ability to drive behavior change and business outcomes through scalable programs
- Strong experience partnering cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and enablement teams
- Experience working in close partnership with field enablement teams (e.g., SPCs) to drive adoption and impact
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect enablement strategies to product adoption and revenue outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, global programs in a matrixed organization
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to inform strategy and measure impact
- Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Familiarity with enablement technologies and emerging trends (e.g., AI-enabled tools)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $134,000 - $217,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
