THE WORK• Execute comprehensive enablement strategies that align with business objectives and support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives
• Build and maintain engagement plans for enterprise-wide deployments, leveraging innovative learning methodologies and technologies
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and communication plans to support change management strategies
• Manage cross-organizational efforts, including external consultants and contract labor, to achieve transformation objectives
• Develop and deploy training plans and initiatives, using innovative learning methodologies at scale

Learn more about Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits packageBasic Qualifications:• Experience in Project Management including managing integrated project schedules and cost baselines, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Experience in executing the full spectrum of organizational enablement activities, from strategy development to execution
• Awareness of change management frameworks and methodologies, with experience leveraging change management as a part of change projects
• Experience building engagement approaches for enterprise-wide deployments
• Excellent presentation skills, including presentation at the executive level
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, organizational development, or a related field), or a degree in a related field with experience executing Organization Change Management initiatives.
Desired Skills:• Experience working in or with change initiatives with a focus on model-based engineering, intelligent factory technology, and aerospace sustainment
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, with a strong ability to assess team dynamics
• Experience using data and analytics to inform change management decisions, with a strong understanding of metrics, measurement, and data visualization (dashboards)
• Deep organizational knowledge of Lockheed Martin RMS business area, specifically in the areas of engineering, technology, and operations and sustainment
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's change transformation initiatives 1LMX and OneLM
• Defense industry experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
