The Executive Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of each executive search and is often the first point of contact for candidates, creating a lasting impression of Oracle. Serving as a central liaison among Oracle executives, executive candidates, and members of the Executive Leadership Recruiting team, this individual is responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the interview process.
The Executive Recruiting Coordinator manages highly confidential projects and demonstrates exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills. This role requires the ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail while ensuring adherence to established processes and guidelines for each search assignment.
This position is based in Oracle's Nashville office and requires on-site presence five days per week. Contractor-Nonbillable.
Internal Responsibilities
• Welcome and escort executive candidates throughout onsite interviews at Oracle's Nashville office, ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, arranging candidate travel, and managing related expenses.
• Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the Executive Leadership Recruiting team across multiple time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle executives, executive assistants, and executive candidates, delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the executive recruiting process.
• Utilize internal recruiting systems and tools to create, maintain, and update candidate records; manage shared documentation and folders; and prepare reports, presentations, and candidate tracking materials.
• Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-oriented approach by anticipating needs, prioritizing competing demands, and effectively managing multiple search assignments simultaneously.
• Exercise the highest level of discretion and professionalism while handling sensitive and confidential executive recruiting information.
