As a Technical Engagement Leader, you will consult with clients and provide project oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders. You will drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. You will mitigate solution risks and issues. You will lead client meetings and events. You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies that advance how healthcare is provided with the migration of data that supports clinicians, empowers patient care teams, and fosters continuity of care.
This position will interact will all levels of organization and have responsibility for coordinating cross-functionally to ensure project success. You will be responsible for providing and ensuring quality work on customer engagements. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. As a member of the Technology Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that quality projects are delivered in a timely manner, on budget, and to our customers’ satisfaction. Ability to travel as necessary.
Role Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight to project teams designing and implementing solutions that meet business, technical, and client requirements.
• Provide effective situational leadership for escalations and operational issues.
• Successfully execute data migration and Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) tasks on consulting services projects.
• Liaise with, build relationships with, and support collaboration across teams within Oracle Health.
• Led cross-functional program management initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams to drive alignment, execution, and successful outcomes.
Education & Experience:
• 5-7 years of overall experience in project management or technical role.
• 2 years’ experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
• A BS or BA in related fields.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Must embrace change and have a proven track record of successful process redesign.
• Ability to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
• U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.
Preferred Qualifications:
o PMP Certification
o Experience with workflow documentation
o Strong ability to communicate complex information effectively to clients and stakeholders
o Healthcare knowledge is preferred.
