This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA
This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As an Associate Corporate Recruitment, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Corporate Recruitment team reporting to the Senior Associate, you will support projects including scheduling coordination, onsite candidate experience and travel and expense coordination.
What You'll Do During a Typical Day
- Manage all aspects of candidate scheduling, including coordinating calendars across multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely communication
- Coordinate candidate travel logistics, accommodations, and related arrangements for onsite interviews and New Hire Orientation
- Curate and manage candidate amenities to deliver a welcoming, hospitality-driven interview experience
- Oversee the full onsite interview experience, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and a positive impression of Hilton's brand
- Work collaboratively with leaders at Hilton. We will need you to use your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and action/service
- Support travel and expense coordination for new hires attending New Hire Orientation, including Concur processing and tracking
- Create job descriptions and add prescreening questions for all corporate job postings
How You'll Collaborate With Others
- Serve as a primary point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders, providing updates and resolving scheduling or process challenges
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure requisitions are prepared, approved, and ready for posting
- Work cross-functionally with Recruiters, HR Consultants, HRX, and business leaders to support hiring needs
Deliverables You'll Take Ownership Of
- Interview scheduling execution (virtual and onsite) with accuracy and efficiency
- Travel and expense management through Concur
- Job requisition creation and maintenance within Oracle Recruiting
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of professional work experience in recruitment coordination, candidate experience, or similar roles
- Deep understanding of time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
- Expense and travel management systems experience
- Hybrid in McLean, VA
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- Taleo and Oracle experience
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
