A leading defense company is looking for an Information Systems & Applications Implementer to join a long-term strategic project in the south.
The role includes operational and application support for logistics, WMS, and smart city systems, while working closely with end users, development teams, and technology vendors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1/2 operational and application support and resolve user issues
Monitor and support integrations between multiple systems
Perform UAT testing, user training, and system implementation activities
Identify operational gaps and improve work processes
Support end-user equipment such as handheld devices, tablets, and barcode printers
Minimum Requirements:
BS degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
2 years of experience in information systems, application support, or Help Desk roles
Familiarity with WMS or operational systems – significant advantage
Ability to work with databases and troubleshoot system issues
Strong technical orientation, independent learning ability, and service mindset
Mobility
Willingness to work on-site at a secured facility in southern Israel
Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance
