This role is responsible for orchestrating and executing the Cell Therapy Global Procurement Supplier Relationship Management program supporting commercial and clinical manufacturing. The role ensures supplier performance, supply continuity, risk mitigation, and value delivery through disciplined supplier relationship management and strong cross?functional collaboration.
Major Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Lead/support the implementation of Supplier Relationship Management Program in collaboration with Procurement, Material Science, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.
- Oversee supplier performance monitoring including Score Card development and management
- Manage any issue resolution process
- Schedule and plan SRMs as single point of contact to bring the team together with one voice to the supplier.
- Deliver final presentations in advance of supplier meetings
- Support Supplier segmentations
- Build repository for documentation of meetings
- Maintain post meeting notes and actions
- Risk, Resilience & Compliance
- Partner with category leads to support and execute supplier risk management activities, including PRAM participation and mitigation actions.
- Governance & Reporting
- Maintain disciplined documentation, reporting, and adherence to supplier management processes.
- Provide clear insights on supplier performance, risks, and improvement actions to procurement and cross-function stakeholders as needed
- Track supplier related projects, actions, and improvement activities to ensure clear accountability, timely execution, and follow through across stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelors' degree required
- Preferred Qualifications:
- M.S. /M.B.A. / Lean Manufacturing Experience is a plus
- Professional certifications (e.g. CPM, CPIM).
- 3 years Pharmaceutical Procurement experience
- Membership in Professional Associations, e.g. ISM
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-8 years of business experience
- Minimum of 5-6 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience or related category experience or relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Pharmaceutical Procurement experience, or working directly with Pharmaceutical Procurement teams or relevant experience
- Experience leading and participating on cross-functional and/or global teams
- Internal stakeholder management, data/information management, category management, process redesign and continuous improvement expertise, project management and performance measurement skills
- Project Management skills
Minimum 50% onsite required (need to be flexible to be onsite more than 50% as needed)
